OUR CLINIC DELIVERY

We carry out the delivery in all Russian cities, and also in the countries of near and far abroad. In the latter case the cost of order`s delivery is calculated separately.

The order shipment is carried out within 1-2 days after the payment receipt for the order.

Post delivery ("Pochta Rossii").

This kind of delivery is the main for customers from many settlements of the Russian Federation. The term of delivery depends on a geographical position of the addressee and usually makes 1-3 weeks from the moment of payment receipt for the order.

Please pay attention that, by post rules, the parcel which has not been demanded within one month by the addressee comes back to the sender. The period of items storage can be prolonged by the addressee application or by his lawful representative. If the addressee will not come to the post to get his parcel within 5 working days after delivery of the primary notice, he gets the secondary notice, handed over to him on receipt. The addressee can be asked for payment of the parcel storage during the term of more than one working day after delivery of the secondary notice with the invitation to post service for reception of the item (not including the day of delivery).

Delivery by other post services.

If it is necessary for you to receive the order urgently, you can contact us and specify the most convenient delivery service for you to receive the order. In that case the order will be sent by the specified post service (for example, DHL). In this case the time of delivery will be shorter, than using usual post service. The cost of delivery will depend on the tariffs of this service. Unfortunately, this kind of delivery is very expensive.

The responsibility.

The responsibility for the order safety during the transfer is born by the post service. Please, open the parcel right after its reception. All the claims connected with the damage of the goods are made to a post service.

PAYMENT

1.      The Advance payment is remitted by bank (for example, Sberbank of Russian Federation).

This way means that you pay for the 100 % cost of the order (and for its delivery) in advance by our account. After the order registration you get the filled account- receipt for payment through the Sberbank RF (legal persons get the account), you can print or copy its requisites.

The receipt requisites can be used for payment through any bank. The preparation of the order begins just after the payment confirmation or money receipt on our account (1-3 working days). You can accelerate the preparation and sending of the order, if you send us a bank receipt copy. Pay attention, that there are different commission gatherings in different banks. If you make a payment through the Sberbank, the commission for remission is 2 %.

2.      An advance payment by postal remission.

This kind of payment is recommended for using just when the bank remission is impossible. The matter is that when you make a payment of order by post, the money will remit on our account not so quickly, as when you make a direct bank remission.

Such kind of payment assumes, that you pay preliminary for 100 % of the order cost (including delivery). When the postal remission is used, the preparation of the order begins just after the money receipt on our account (usually - 3-10 working days). Pay attention, that you should pay the commission for money remission at the post office (usually- 3 %).

Such kind of payment can be used just for private persons. It is inaccessible for legal persons and individual businessmen.
